Gmsh woes

Gmsh will often mesh something when Netgen struggles, but not without its own pitfalls.
These spiky meshes will occur at internal/external fillets. I've run in both Mecway and Gmsh directly, but I'm at a loss for a "settings trick" that I'm hoping someone else has already found.

    This is strange: I meshed the test part in FreeCAD using the Gmsh mesher and the problem went away:
