I receive this error message solve. I already installed twice.

    Sorry to bother, I installed a new GPU driver and .NET and now it is perfect!

    For anyone else coming here, a customer was able to solve this error by installing

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable (x64)

    then rebooting or restarting Mecway.

    I worked on this issue for some hours following the installation of the free version of Mecway. It was this same DLL not found issue. As per Victors note above the solution was to install the Microsoft Visual C++.
    For background information, I typically use Mac Computers so to run Mecway, which I find a very useful code, I first installed Parallels, then Windows 11, and then the free version of Mecway. The DLL issue occurred and I could not get the solver to run. For solution hints I went to ChatGPT. There were a number of possibilities including file links and permissions. After some trial and error, working through the suggestions in order, the installation of the Visual C++ noted above solved the issue. I have since purchased the full version of Mecway and find it very useful.
